Includes the lamp shade which is believed to be the original shade. 

Measurements: 22" H x 14" L (from widest part of shade) x 6" W (from the base)
Condition: Good vintage condition consistent with age and use. A few scratches on the wood base and some wear on the hardware. Lamp tested and works.
